This is an interesting post from Dr Alf which indicates that perhaps in this rare instance Teutonic efficiency, precision and thoroughness needs to be slightly moderated until overall qualified doctor numbers rise to a point where there is a modest contingency buffer to buttress overall medical provision against overall population numbers.
Migrant numbers cannot be allowed to exceed the “headroom” of a country’s infrastucture, housing provision and services, in the same way my Mercedes does not like being driven even a few miles beyond its allotted service interval.
