In a highly cited article EurekAlert! Science News reports that adults in the UK who have poor sleep patterns are more likely to be overweight and obese and have poorer metabolic health, according to a new study from Leeds University.

Of course, the study adds to our knowledge on obesity. But let’s remember that the proven big causes of the obesity explosion are lifestyle related, the wrong diet and inadequate excerise.
