On the one hand, we should expect Trump’s policies to be less nationalistic and more influenced by the liberal economic order. But on the other hand, Bannon back at Breibart News with a billionaire sponsor is seriously bad news for liberalism in America – racial minorities in the US should still be deeply concerned.
