Britain is ‘home to 35,000 Islamist fanatics’, more than any other country in Europe, top official warns

This is alarming news from Dr Alf and the Daily Telegraph given that we were told just over a month ago that the Security Services were reporting difficulty in tracking 3000 known jihadists and 20,000 supporters.
There may be a difference between a jihadist who carries out acts of treason and terrorism, and someone who might like to but if the distinction is blurred or non existent it means the security services are at best deliberately understating the problem or at worst lying outrageously.
Either way, every one of these people not born on these shores needs to be deported along with their families. The rest need to be securely interned.
The Prevent strategy and other mealy mouthed attempts to mollycoddle and excuse the actions of troublesome Muslims is not enough and the more I read of the Koran, which I am working through systematically in an effort to understand the Muslim mindset, the more I can see that our present methods need to change. I have been doing this at night on my own time having been challenged on Linked In by Muslims who assert that Islam is a religion of peace.
John, thanks for sharing your posting. I’m not sure of the legality of internment or deportation. Presumably, this would require an Act of Parliament?
