Personally, I have very little confidence that Theresa May‘s government will conclude a good deal.
For me, there’s still a good chance of a very hard Brexit or a very soft Brexit. Either way, there’s a probability of a Marxist government in No. 10.

I really enjoy reading your opinions, Happy New Year to you! And yes, I agree that Theresa May is unlikely to deliver a satisfactory Brexit deal to her countrymen. Yesterday, I met (here in Italy, at an event in a country house) an Englishwoman who felt that Brexit might not happen at all, and that in any case it was bad for Britain to be either in or out of the EU…
She did put her finger on it: It is a difficult situation for the Brits, isn’t it? They’re damned if they do and damned if they don’t. Because, bottom line, they don’t feel European. They just don’t share in the European dream, and if you don’t see it as a dream, you’re never going to be willing to bear some of the required sacrifices. Otherwise, they’d have no qualms giving in…
