We live in a dangerous world and should be investing more than 2% on defense. Meanwhile, it’s scandalous that foreign aid is ring-fenced.
Owen Paterson and Dr Alf are correct, and Michael Fallon and David Cameron are playing fast-and-loose with our defenses and talking nonsense about the UK’s military capabilities, which if things carry on as they are, will be more akin to that of the Papal Guard.
