I have long been critical of the spending on IT in the UK public sector; the NHS fiasco is just the latest in a long history that has come before the Public Accounts Committee in Parliament.

For me, this is further evidence that the NHS is past effective reform and should be dismantled, replacing it with a new UK public health system, based on global best practice.
