This is possibly one of the best pieces of investigative journalism that I’ve read in years.

The thing is it’s hard to pick official US policy from bungling in events here, especially in the Obama years.  For sure, following recent terrorist attacks in the UK, people deserve proper answers.

Reuters reports that arch-rivals Saudi Arabia and Iran announced they would attend international talks in Vienna on Friday on the Syrian conflict, in what will be their first meeting to discuss the four-year-long war.
