Here’s an excellent article by Social Europe looking at Poland’s clumsy legislation to outlaw the expression ‘Polish death camps’. Earlier I cited another powerful critique in the NYT. Both articles remind us that in liberal free countries, it’s best not to suppress the truth. Perhaps, it’s time to worry about Far Right politics in Poland? Thoughts?

Here’s a passionate op-ed in the NYT, reminding us that Poland can’t whitewash its history during German Nazi occupation. Poland could learn from liberal policies in Germany and Austria. Let’s face it, Poland’s move to the right brings back fear of deep-rooted prejudice. Thoughts?
