According to Washington newspaper, The Hill, after years of trying, Republicans are coalescing around a basic alternative to Obamacare.

The enormous political capital that Obama expended on ‘Obamacare’ has left America with one of its weakest presidents in history. I sense that history will not be kind to Obama. It would be fitting for the GOP to bury ‘Obamacare’.
