The Telegraph reports that Theresa May will face a “stalking horse” challenge to topple her as Prime Minister if she waters down Brexit, citing senior Tories.
Well surely this is no surprise?
The only reason that May is still in place at No. 10 is that Tories are scared of precipitating another election and losing to a Jeremy Corbyn led radical left-wing Labour Party.
But the right of the Conservative Party are so pre-ocupied with Brexit that they’ve failed to notice that the country has moved on from the Brexit referendum. People have other concerns apart from Brexit and Jeremy Corbyn’s radical left wing supporters are fanning the flames.
Do the right of the Conservative Party seriously think that Boris Johnson could win against Jeremy Corbyn?
Thoughts?
