I remember a few years ago that there was a debate between two different business improvement methodologies, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Theory of Constraints (TOC). One was broad line and the other targeted towards the weakest link. Well perhaps “acupuncture stimulus” can be compared to TOC, whereas QE is equivalent to CI?
