China‘s leading news agency, Xinhua reports Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi comment that Xi‘s UN visit breathes new life into international ties, leaving a deep imprint in the history of China’s diplomacy.

Both China’s Xi and Russia’s Putin seem to have gained more from their UN visit than Obama.

I worry about global risks in Obama’s final period in office.
