Is one to simply conclude that large segments of US society are sick?

First, we had caffeine and sugar drinks, like Coca Cola, then junk food, like hamburgers and other fast-food delights, now the US culture is exporting a growing addiction to Cannabis.

Surely, responsible newspapers should be highlighting the risk of using drugs, like Cannabis?
