The quality of the UK media has been falling for years. But widespread bias in an important national debate is a disgrace.

It’s not surprising that UK newspapers are struggling to get paying readers with falling quality standards.

Apart from the Economist, I do not pay to read any newspapers. But if you know how, you read the World’s best newspapers for free.

What caught my attention was the return to austerity at post WWII levels.

In short, the Conservatives are only 40% through their cuts to the public sector.

Let me turn to an open question:

How will UK public services survive the proposed additional austerity?
