This is an amazing story of modern engineering tackling an environmental challenge at Everest Base Camp. It’s worth a read. Check it out!

On Mount Everest, Seeking Biogas Energy in a Mountain of Waste.

The is a story about how a former Boeing engineer helped turn human waste at the Everest Base Camp into energy.

Sadly, there seems to be too little incentivization for engineers to focus on saving our environment.
