Opinion – Israeli robotics company receives funding from Toyota Research Institute – Business & Innovation – Jerusalem Post

Here’s a fascinating story reported in the Jerusalem Post. It reports that Intuition Robotics, known for developing the Elli•Q aging companion, announced on Tuesday that the company received a $14 million investment in a Series-A financing round – this included Toyota Research Institute.

Here’s another example of the success of Israel’s high technology industry. Many of the legendary success stories of Israeli innovators received their early training in the Israeli military.

With the rapidly aging population in many Western countries and social care costs blighted by austerity, like in the UK, increased deployment of robotics seems like a gift from heaven.

But today’s US media speculates that Jeremy Corbyn will turn to Russia if he becomes UK prime minister in the Autumn. Also there’s the issue of the shadowy Far Left supporters of Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party being passionately pro-Palastinian and anti-Israel, with regular stories of antisemitism in Corbyn’s Labour Party.

It’s a shame, with the UK economy’s massive economic contraction after a hard-Brexit, help in managing the emerging crisis of the UK’s aging population will be desperately needed.

A Hard Look at UK’s Ageing Population, Welfare and David Cameron’s Priorities – John Gelmini

I thank Dr Alf for reblogging an excellent article, published in the Telegraph, entitled Ageing population pushes welfare bill to crisis point , citing latest OECD research. In his blog Dr Alf posed the open question:

So what’s David Cameron’s real objective?

Let me try to respond, with own views on the UK ageing population, welfare and David Cameron’s priorities.

David Cameron’s real objective is to ensure that the Conservative Party, and for that matter, any other party, cannot get a clear majority, so that the present political fudge continues, and the UK stays in the EU.

He wishes to see that the metro sexual agenda of Gay Marriage, US style cohabitee agreements and US style no fault divorce becomes the norm, and that the internet and the media are effectively muzzled.

He wants to see the UK rendered into an EU state, with the English rendered into a minority within the context of a multicultural country.

For me this does not matter but, if by birth, I was one of the indigenous population I would be worried.

He wants to see the UK’s armed forces subsumed into an enlarged EU Army incorporating Turkey, the Ukraine and other former Soviet satellite countries.

In addition, he does not care about the decline in the position of the City to eventual 4th place behind Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, and he is in favor of the Bilderberger Agenda of a wider Middle East war in which Iran, Syria, the Lebanon, Yemen and Somalia are “taken down” and Europe becomes borderless.

He cares little for the prosperity of the people and is happy to let more jobs go offshore so that plutocrats can invest in them.

He will continue selling arms to Middle Eastern countries, not to create jobs, but to prepare for the day when places earmarked for future wars such as the Middle East can engage in them thus creating income for armaments dealers and those entities/persons who profit from such things.

In short, he is a dangerous liability, working for an Agenda which is designed to impoverish and emasculate the bulk of the population whilst enriching the top 1/10th of 1%. He will pretend that this is not the case, whilst doing the bidding of his real masters with the ultimate reward being a big UN job at the end of it.

His replacement, whoever it eventually turns out to be, cannot come soon enough but they need to be working for the benefit of people living on these islands.

The ageing population will, of course,  make the job of dismantling the welfare state much easier because by letting things get to their present state we are facing the implosion of Adult Social Care and the NHS all at the same time. This reduces life expectancy, as has already happened, with our death rates being amongst the worst in Western Europe, via poor cancer treatment outcomes, diabetes and dementia.

By letting things slide, not bothering about productivity and exports, the elderly and infirm die off but until they do, the pharmaceutical companies can sell the NHS drugs, and medication and more firms, even though based here domicile themselves for tax purposes elsewhere.

This may explain why State Street, the American company, selected to manage funds in the new auto enrolled Pension Scheme for the UK Government has a large office building in the Dublin financial district and why BT without an announcement has done the same. I have seen the two buildings with my own eyes. This is despite all the rhetoric and fake anger from Cameron about tax evasion and the need to get a global consensus to stop it.

Like Don Quixote “tilting at windmills”, the Cameronesque policy is to find bogus and irrelevant issues, pretend to want to do something about them, and then bring about the conditions demanded by his true masters which are usually opposite to the things he says he believes in.
