If you read the article carefully you will see reference to how the UK chose to back China’s initiative against the advice of the US. This is geopolitics in action. David Cameron is to be admired for being the first major Western power to back the AIIB publicly – now others have followed.

This will be a sad moment for many Americans. Under Obama, the US foreign policy seems to have lost its way.
