This is an outstanding, must-read article from Nobel prize winning economist, Joseph Stiglitz, published by Project Syndicate.

This is an easy to read analysis that clearly blames the troika for Greece‘s current financial crisis.

Interesting, Stiglitz argues for reform of the Eurozone itself, rather than structural reform in Southern European countries, like Greece etc. This is very different to the official view coming from Germany.

Leading Harvard economist, Kenneth Rogoff concludes that ‘The eurozone must continue to bend, if it is not to break’. This is a must read article published by Project Syndicate. Check it out!

This is a balanced analysis, calling for both Greece and Germany to move from their extreme positions. Interestingly, the article dwells on the irresponsibility of lending from leading French and German banks to Greece.

Once again, I fear the impact of the Law of Unintended Consequences.
