The Guardian/Observer reports that on Monday Trump will urge UN to impose North Korean naval blockade and oil embargo.
This is an informative article but Trump’s escalation of diplomatic pressure may well be rebuffed in China and Russia. It’s unlikely that the US will want to leave the UN table, so perhaps the outcome will be a watered down resolution acceptable to the UN Security Council?
