This is an excellent, MUST READ article published by the Mail-online.
via And now it’s global COOLING! Return of Arctic ice cap as it grows by 29% in a year | Mail Online.
This is the first of a number of articles today re-focusing the global warming debate.
Personally, I am a passionate environmentalist, wanting to preserve the planet for future generations. However, this article seriously questions the position taken by the BBC in reporting scientific evidence.
Given that the BBC is supported by UK public subsidy, surely it must publish arguments both for and against contentious issues where the evidence is unclear?
Any thoughts?

Dr Alf is right, the BBC should publish both sides of the argument and let the public make up their own minds, rather than giving platform to Professor’s Nurse, Beddington et al, Sir David Attenborough, Professor Brian Cox, George Monbiot, Jonathan Porritt and the Environment Secretary to the exclusion of anyone else.
The public are instinctively skeptical about global warming and climate change and by a margin of 2.5 to 1 do not believe what they are being told as they experience cold winter after cold winter and know from their travels that our energy prices are the highest in Western Europe for no real benefit to the people.
