Transhumanist Singularity – The Ultimate Escapist Agenda – Waking Times.
Being a realist, I struggle with concepts like transhumanism and transforming human beings under the label “posthuman“. But this is no obscure, abstract, intellectual study for academics; this theme is an agenda item for some of the privileged, super rich and Bilderburg minority. This should be deeply worrying for all, in my view, especially the millennial generation.
I know that it is quaint and old-fashioned but I think that it is time to refocus on strengthening individualism and democracy. Personally, I have always been passionately individualistic, even when it has not played to my advantage with corporatist types. There are too many omni-powerful organizations in the World today, like the IMF, who are not accountable to the people. I worry that the millennials will be transhumanized and passionately believe in individualism for the millennials as the way forward.
Let me turn this to two open question:
- Do you think that the Bilderburg agenda is likely to be transhumanist?
- If so, how should millennials respond and strengthen their individualism?
